Managed Care - a series of computer services that are wrapped into a one year service contract that will help keep your computer running at peak efficiency and speed. For more information, select the Managed Care menu option.
Urgent Support - services designed to fix your computer when it is is not running correctly:

◊ Removing malicious software (viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, adware, etc)
◊ Recovering data from a failed hard drive
Non-Urgent Support - services designed to upgrade your current business computer system:
◊ ‘Peak Performance & Protection Program’ to optimize the performance of your computer
◊ Transferring business data to another computer or an external storage device
◊ Upgrading your operating system to Windows 7
◊ Interfacing two or more computers into a network
◊ Installing a customized and automated data-backup and disk-imaging system
◊ Setting up an encrypted file system for confidential data
◊ Installing anti-virus programs to protect your computer
◊ Setting up your system so that it can be accessed remotely (ie: from home)
